Zoobashop.com Returns Policy 

 


 

Zoobashop.com accepts and pays a full refund for items returned within seven days of purchase. Customers may also exchange the item purchased for another item of equal value. For either of these to happen however, the item in question must be deemed to be in resalable condition i.e. in the same state you received it in (with all packaging and accessories intact).

Items returned after 7 days but before 30 days in the aforementioned condition, would be accepted subject to a 25% restocking fee 

In the event that the order delivered isn’t what you ordered or arrives without certain components, contact our Customer Experience team to have the correct order delivered immediately.

If the item delivered is found to be defective, it should be returned to Zoobashop.com immediately for diagnosis. The item would be replaced as soon as the examination of the item is complete. Our Customer Experience consultants would keep you constantly updated until the defective item is replaced.

As a policy, personal effects with seal broken, for instance underwear, toothbrushes and cosmetics are not returnable.
